Microsatellites - I used the PCR & microsatellite techniques outlined on the Genetic Protocols web site
Analysis - The following programs were used for various aspects of this research segment:
• CERVUS 3.0 - Finds the most likely fathers given the mothers' genotypes
• COLONY 2.0 - Finds the most likely fathers given the mothers' genotype and known sibling information
• Opportunity for selection (I = variance/mean2)
